We are looking for a colleague who is proficient in Excel (mandatory) and PowerBI is an advantage.

By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest office.


Skills that make your work successful:

- Minimum one year of experience with HR recruitment tools;
- Enjoy crafting impactful communications;
- Possess a critical eye for presentation design;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerBI reporting;
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Have a technical mindset;
- Results-oriented;
- Enthusiastic about identifying opportunities for process improvements.

How you'll make an impact:

Reporting & Data Analysis

- Manipulate and analyze data for client reporting;
- Create and run reports for internal/external stakeholders;
- Develop reporting templates;
- Identify reporting automation opportunities.

Content Creation & Improvement

- Create, update, and maintain process documentation;
- Provide support on process design;
- Create email communications and templates;
- Coordinate meeting logistics;
- Recommend improvements/updates as needed.

Change Implementation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the execution of the change management plan;
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement;
- Proactively address obstacles, adjusting the change strategy as needed.
