How you'll make an impact:

Administrative Processes for Recruitment Activities:

- In charge of Scheduling activities for all candidates, including virtual 1:1 interviews, face-to-face 1:1 interviews, or assessment days;
- Coordinate with local recruiters and business stakeholders to retrieve feedback forms from interviewers;
- Maintain recruitment system (ATS) up to date for candidates’ progress and reports accuracy;
- Frequent clean-up of ATS for data accuracy;
- Prepare offer letters and contracts as per client’s requests and monitor accuracy closely with local recruiters before sending contracts to candidates;
- Generate and utilize reports from the recruitment system to ensure data integrity;
- Convey information clearly, accurately, and convincingly. Show flexibility by listening to and understanding the needs of others;
- Demonstrate concern for meeting changing customer needs, and meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight. Interact with clients and candidates;
- Use appropriate tools, procedures in place, and problem-solving techniques to work with ambiguity and pre-empt or resolve problems.


Recruitment Activities for Internship Roles:

- Work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to understand internship talent needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies, while liaising with hiring managers, HR, and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives;
- Achieving personal direct recruitment targets;
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements.
