Position overview

We are looking for a Software Integration Lead to join our Randstad Digital Romania team in an Automotive Project. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing new software solutions. You will also be the main contact between the automotive software teams and the engineers working on the Radar project.
The team you will be part of works on the development side of Radar based software solutions, made in accordance with ASIL B (Automotive Safety Integration) for ADAS.

Requirements

At least 6 years work experience in integration with Embedded C;
Good knowledge in identification and mitigation of risks and issues;
Understanding of processor architecture concepts;
Good knowledge with tracking tools like Jira;
Work experience in project management of embedded software products, especially in the automotive field;
Experience in applying standard project management methodologies and blending them with Agile-based methodologies;
Work experience in project status tracking and communication;
Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
The following skills are considered a plus:

Technical background in embedded systems
Technical background in operating systems AUTOSAR OS, FreeRTOS)
Technical background in Radar systems

Responsibilities

Receive the issues, discuss and evaluate them in the Technology team and manage communications between the Radar engineers and the Automotive software teams.
Ensure the information flow to the Automotive software team;
Monitoring issue investigation progress, reporting status, and proposing corrective actions or solutions;
Provide visibility at different management levels into issue related aspects;
Grow your expertise in the various software products, and will log all issues in client’s issue tracking tools.
