Position overview
We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our team in a dynamic project in collaboration with our esteemed client—a multinational professional services brand of firms, ranking as the second-largest professional services network globally and recognized as one of the Big Four accounting firms.
In this role, you will be responsible for for designing, developing, and maintaining our client’s Generative AI tools, as well as support of AI infrastructure and security.


Requirements
• Strong programming skills with languages such as Python
• Experience using FastAPI framework and asyncio
• Experience working with NoSQL database
• Hands on Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
• Experience with CI/CD and pipelines and helm charts
• Experience with integration tools as ADO, github actions or Jenkins
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock
• Experience with Developing and publishing OpenAPI specifications for GenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with vector stores like Weaviate
• Work on Integration of AI/ML tools with our client’s internal systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
• Develop APIs, Microservices using Python and publish them behind popular API management systems.
• Create manifests to deploy APIs on Kubernetes and create services using Istio.
• Develop microservices to interact with cloud providers using SDKs or REST APIs
• Design and implement cloud-based architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines/github workflows
• Communicate with internal stakeholders including guidance on application design and architecture
• Develop SDKs for our APIs that are compatible with popular open source frameworks like Langchain.
• Develop and implement AI design to meet cloud best practices and security standards
