    Overview:

    We are looking for a D&A BISO Programme Manager who will play a pivotal role in inspiring change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of cyber security solutions, regulatory or customer driven initiatives, improving business value within the ever-evolving financial services industry whilst meeting our Cyber Security objectives.

    • The role requires the ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst different teams and various collaborators.
    • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
    • Good knowledge of cyber security is of advantage but techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling technology and change programmes is of higher importance.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Program Delivery:
      • Collaborate closely with different partners, including cyber project managers, Business Information Security managers (BIMs), cyber security SMEs, risk management and technology teams to define and deliver the objectives of the cyber program as part of the cyber security strategy whilst not impeding technology and product driven objectives.
      • Help driving the end-to-end delivery of cyber security related initiatives, including regulatory driven work ensuring on-time, within budget, and high-quality project execution across D&A
      • Oversee the development and implementation of appropriate methodologies, promoting efficient and effective project management practices.
    • Change Management Leadership:
      • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for cyber security driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
      • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to embrace change, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
      • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to change delivery, employing robust mitigation strategies
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and commitment throughout the change delivery process.
      • Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and risks, facilitating informed decision-making and managing expectations
      • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on change management standard methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.
    • Change Adoption and Measurement:
      • Help developing and implementing change adoption strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and support initiatives, to facilitate seamless adoption of cyber security practices and processes.
      • Establish metrics and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of change initiatives, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future decision-making.
      • Monitor user feedback finding opportunities for improvements.
    • Team Support and Development:
      • Develop and communicate internal metrics and team targets
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
      • Plan and implement initiatives to improve overall team experience. These may be internal or externally driven.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies in change management and cyber security practices, applying relevant insights to enhance team capabilities and performance

    Required Skills:

    • Experience in successfully leading & delivering cross technology projects within financial services or similar industries
    • Extremely strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
