A Snapshot of Your Day

The day begins with the task of processing purchase requisitions from customers into purchase orders for operational requirements. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount to ensure that every detail is accounted for to keep our operations running smoothly.

Once the orders are placed, you'd become the first point of contact for any escalations from the operations team. From discrepancies to an urgent need etc, you'd be there to address it promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our workflow.

In the face of non-conformances, these are also to be checked daily and dealt with daily dealing with any issues in a timely manner.??�

Tracking and expediting orders is another essential task during the day. You are required to keep check on orders from placement to delivery, providing clear visibility of timelines to key customers, this is done by running reports. This ensures that everyone is informed and can plan accordingly.

Despite being geographically separated from some of our customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, you'd bridge the distance through effective communication and collaboration. Building and sustaining outstanding relationships is key to our success.

How You'll Make an Impact

Raise Purchase Orders for Operational requirement accurately and on-time

Be the first point of contact for Operations order escalations

Working in place of an MRP (Material Requirement Planning) controller, matching input and demand is always balanced

Track and expedite orders from placement through delivery with visible dates to key stakeholders

Ability to work geographically separated from customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders

Building and sustaining outstanding key stakeholder relationships

Deal with all non-conformances in a timely manner ensuring a remedial action is communicated for non-re-occurrence

What You Bring

• Ability to manage a diverse workload and be self-motivated but team focused
• Should have excellent IT skills with experience of working in an industrial office
• Experience of SAP systems with MRP (Material requirement Planning) functionality is an advantage
• Hands on experience working with sales administration or a supply chain management function
