    Overview

    Provides complex analysis on large volumes of data to build insights, and reports for internal clients, supporting the build of data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems through automation.

    Reports to: Director Delivery, Technology COO Centre of Excellence

    Division: Technology COO, Business and Change Strategy Division

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Works collaboratively to ensure data stores and applications adhere to defined data management and data access practices, policies, and procedures
    • Provides complex and accurate reports, with both quantitative / qualitative analysis, analysing large data-sets, for internal or external reports
    • Handles requests from clients, collaborating closely with Analytics teams across different geographies to ensure co-ordination and consistent data reporting across the Group
    • Translates business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions, and automates requests where appropriate and cost-effective to enhance productivity
    • Supports the build of systems and processes to transform raw data into practical business insights and intellectual property
    • Helps to develop strategies and improvements for effective data analytics and management of data sources, for internal and external purposes
    • Applies industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance, working closely with Business partners to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
    • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
    • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
    • Serve as inspiring leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
    • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
    • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
    • Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.
    • Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Previous experience working in reports generation, modelling, and trend forecasting
    • Moderate experience with database use, database platforms and analysing large datasets
    • Strong project management & stakeholder management skills
    • Superb communication skills in English and Romanian
    • Very good knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Teams), PowerBI exposure would be a plus
