QA CRM Administrator (FR)

Internet Marketing Online este o firma specializată în Customer Support Services având departamente de front-office și back-office în industria de iGaming.

Requirements:
-> Mandatory: Intermediate level French and Advanced English;
-> Excel - intermediate level;
-> Experience in manual testing, would be a plus;
-> Attention to details, seriousness, involvement;
-> Time management and task prioritization;
-> Openness and ability / desire to learn things needed;
-> The ability to adapt to changes, flexibility.

Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00h RO time.

Tasks:
- Testing changes to the site's functionalities and preparation for implementation;
- Adding tickets for the technical team for bugs found on the site following periodic tests
or reported by customers;
- Ongoing ticket monitoring and testing before being implemented on the site;
- Investigation of problems reported by customers to the customer service and their
resolution;
- Collaboration with the technical team and other involved departments to add new
functionalities/options to the site;
- Customer service support for questions related to technical problems, promotions, site
functionalities;
- Creating and sending periodic reports and statistics;
- Support for CRM tasks: testing and scheduling newsletters, SMS campaigns; crediting
of free bets; setting up automatic offers.
