    As a Customer Satisfaction Analyst at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing our customer experience. You will analyze feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve overall customer satisfaction. Your expertise in survey methodologies such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS), combined with strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau and Power BI will be essential in capturing actionable insights. Additionally, you will provide oversight to improvement projects aimed at elevating our customer satisfaction.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback through various channels, with a focus on NPS and CSS surveys.
    • Administer, evaluate, and optimize NPS and CSS surveys to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Support all regions with survey process and ensure each is contributing to gathering the necessary customer feedback.
    • Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction through survey data.
    • Collaborate with Quality groups to ensure generation of improvement activities which address customer feedback.
    • Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce (SFDC) to visualize and interpret customer data.
    • Develop and maintain customer satisfaction metrics and reports, integrating insights from analytical platforms.
    • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction trends to leadership.
    • Manage Customer Centricity initiatives within the Global Service organization.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in analyzing NPS and CSS data and uncovering key insights.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
    • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
    • Previous experience overseeing improvement projects related to customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture
    • Previous experience in multinational or global organizations preferred
