    Education/ Training:

    University degree with proven competencies in: Mathematics, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management

    Accounting knowledge

    Professional experience:

    Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in similar processes in a multinational company

    Professional experience, preferably in international context and/ or Shared Service Center ideally within Accounts Payables, HR Master Data Management and/or User Administration. AP is an advantage

    Knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and practices, legislation and involvement in international projects

    Good command of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Word)

    Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP HCM, SAP GRC

    Role Owner, Role Requestor roles are an advantage

    Languages:

    Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)

    German language knowledge is a major advantage

    Other:

    Good understanding of Business, HR and IT processes and very good analytical skills

    High capacity of analysis and conceptual thinking

    Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities

    What will you do



    Act as central caretaker for business units in case of HR Master Data related authorization issues within S4/U processes using HR Master Data (Purchase Requisitions, Invoice verification workflow (VIM), Payment Voucher/ SSF, RE-FX)

    Collaborate with partners in the business to ensure understanding of business requirements and to provide solutions while adherence to policies, data protection regulations and compliance

    Good understanding of new Role Concept being able to identify mislinkage between HR Data/ Systems and SAP roles and authorization

    Process promptly the received inquiries - by communicating effectively with customers and/ or other departments (e.g. IT, HR)

    Perform root cause analysis and initiate and/or perform all activities for error handling as required

    Support continuous improvement of data quality by performing a regular monitoring for relevant HR and authorization data
