University Degree (Communication engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Informatics)
>3 years of experience in a comparable role in the automotive industry
Proficiency in Requirements Engineering tools
Solid knowledge of embedded electronics
Team Player with an open-minded attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and native language
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively

Lead the design and integration of complex automotive systems
Analyze the Customers requirements and aligns them with the with the internal teams
Creates System Requirements and the system architecture
Develop and implement system validation and verification plans
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with suppliers and OEM’s to ensure system compatibility
Participate in risk assessment and mitigation activities
