University Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Informatics, etc.)
Working experience in a comparable position
Familiarity with processes and methods of Systems and Software Engineering;
Good knowledge of automotive process standards like ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434
Desirable experience in requirements management & engineering, architecture development and process modeling;
Team player, strong communicator, motivated and assertive
Strong English and native language communication skills

Definition, implementation and deployment of engineering processes and methods in conformity with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity Engineering;
Prepares and performs trainings, coaching of defined and implemented processes and methods;
Maintains and continuously improves the process management and leads the CCB;
