The Associate PMO is responsible for producing high-quality programme reporting and management information to drive informed discussion and decision-making. Working in the Portfolio Governance team, you will work alongside people who are passionate about establishing the Voyager Governance team as the best PMO team at LSEG! So, what does that mean? Your day-to-day activities will vary dramatically; you will work with colleagues in Portfolio Governance as well as people from neighbouring teams across the Cloud Migration Office. This will include Finance, People/HR, Procurement, Onboarding, Risk, Comms, Learning & Development and, of course, the teams building the foundation landing zones and those working to migrate our application estate to the Azure cloud. Our programme leadership team comprises people from both LSEG and Microsoft. The convergence of Big Tech and Financial Markets Infrastructure means our executive reporting requirements are evolving rapidly. To meet these changing demands, we need people who are eloquent, dynamic, empathetic, organised, fast-thinking, flexible and adaptable. You are the glue who helps keep this together and ensures that the leadership team are clear on where we are, what we need and where we are going. This role forms part of a larger global team, so you will have peers and will be part of a community of transformation experts who support and rely on one another. Bringing your organisational, communication and relationship skills to bear, you will help ensure the success of the LSEG/ Microsoft Partnership. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Working under the guidance and supervision of Portfolio Governance leadership, you will work closely with colleagues and receive coaching that will allow you to contribute to: Producing high-quality programme management information (MI) for circulation to senior stakeholders from LSEG and Microsoft. This includes both routine and ad hoc materials. Scheduling, attending and supporting key programme governance meetings (e.g. SteerCo, Quarterly Business Reviews etc) Taking minutes and recording agreed actions at key governance meetings Tracking progress towards completing open actions with action owners in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) Maintaining programme Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAIDs) in ADO Managing scorecards that capture programme performance against a set of agreed metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Tracking programme outcomes against agreed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Creating and maintaining programme roadmaps and milestones Ensuring adherence to the LSEG LMP Change Framework/ Playbook and governance procedures Supporting colleagues across the Portfolio Governance squad to achieve operational resilience. Acting as the quality assurance by reviewing the quality of data, and identifying data gaps and items needing attention WHAT YOU'LL BRING: A structured, methodical approach is essential. Like any major transformation initiative, the programme is constantly evolving and changing quickly. You must be able to stay abreast of change and respond accordingly. An ability to work with a wide variety of people is vital. We will be working with people from several 3rd party companies as well as teams from across LSEG, both within Technology and beyond. An upbeat, cheerful disposition always helps. It's important to be able to lighten the mood and have some fun along the way. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. High quality output is expected at this level; the migration team publishes material for consumption by senior members of both LSEG and Microsoft. Presentation counts! A willingness to collaborate and explore new ideas and concepts. This is an evolving programme and the answers you need may not always be available - you might need to help create them! You've done this before (or something similar) - and understand that greenfield migrations aren't straightforward - but that is part of what makes this an incredibly interesting and rewarding role. Passion for tools and automation, previous experience with Azure DevOps and PowerBI desirable.
