    Requirements

    - Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlichem
    - Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position / BPO-Branche
    - Hervorragende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
    - Französischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
    - Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
    - Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Tools stellt einen Vorteil dar
    - Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

    Responsibilities

    - Auftragsannahme und -verarbeitung im ERP-System
    - Prüfung von Produkt-, Preis- und sonstigen Verkaufsbedingungen
    - Auftragsverfolgung bis zur Auslieferung
    - Angebotserstellung und Nachbearbeitung
    - Aktives Management von Kundenanfragen
    - Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen bezüglich Produkten oder Prozessen
    - Erstellung von Auftragsdokumenten und Abwicklung von Dreiecksgeschäfte.
    - Transportbeauftragung und Berechnung der Ladekapazitäten
    - Weitere verkaufsfördernde Tätigkeiten

    - Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamgeist
    - Faktenorientierte und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
    - Hoher Ehrgeiz und Kundenorientierung im B2B-Bereich
