    Requirements

    - Erfahrung in Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich von Vorteil
    - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    - Erfahrung im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung von Vorteil
    - Computerkenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
    - SAP-Kenntnisse oder Kenntnisse eines anderen ERP-Systems
    - Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

    Responsibilities

    - Durchführung des gesamten Prozesses der Kreditorenbuchhaltung vom Eintrag der Lieferantenrechnungen bis zur Verarbeitung im ERP-System sowie Abwicklung des Zahlungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Einheit
    - Bearbeitung von Gutschriften
    - Klärung offener Fragen mit der lokalen Einheit
    - Kommunikation des Bedarfs an Erstellung/Änderung von Lieferantenstammdaten an die lokale Einheit, falls diese nicht vorhanden sind
    - Durchführung der Abstimmung von Verbindlichkeiten (Hauptbuch vs. Nebenbuch)
    - Unterstützung bei Audits für relevante Aktivitäten
    - Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Unterstützung für Projekte und Initiativen
