    Requirements

    • A commercial apprenticeship completed with several years of professional experience or a degree
    in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
    • Several years of experience in payroll accounting
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP (ERP/HCM)
    • Business fluent in German and English
    • Strong affinity for defining and optimizing processes
    • Strong customer, service and quality orientation

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the independent creation of payroll accounting in SAP HCM
    • In charge of human resources processes in cooperation with the responsible HR business partner
    • Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and executives in questions regarding payroll accounting as
    well as payroll tax and social security issues
    • In charge of the certification and registration process as well as communication with social
    insurance agencies, tax offices and other authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining and operational conditions
    • Continuously improve the personnel processes
    • Participate in projects, especially in the implementation of HR services
    • Integrate processes and IT solutions in the case of new start-ups or acquisitions
    • Contact person (m/f/d) for external wage tax audits and audits of financial statements
    • Create evaluations and statistics
