    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and deliver training programs: Design and execute engaging training programs for various internal audiences, covering product features, functionality, value propositions, and best practices for enterprise level efficiencies.

    Create and maintain product documentation: Identify gaps in available materials; craft clear, concise, and user-friendly product documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.

    Conduct product demos and presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase capabilities and drive adoption among internal stakeholders.

    Develop and manage enablement resources: Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of enablement resources, including internal wikis, use case studies, and success story testimonials.

    Analyse enablement data and metrics: Track and analyse data related to product usage, training completion, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product management, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

    Stay up-to-date on product trends and best practices: Maintain fluency with evolving product capabilities, producing use cases and updating knowledge materials accordingly. Continuously adapt product enablement approach and communicate best practices tailored to audience and enterprise objectives.

    Proven Expertise on Asana
    Comfortable working in fast paced work environment

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, education, or communication.

    3+ years of experience in training and development, product marketing, or customer support.

    Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management principles.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

    Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.

    Proven experience in developing and managing online learning platforms and resources.

    Data-driven approach with experience in analysing and interpreting training and product usage data.

    Strong organisational and time management skills.

    Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

    Bonus Points:

    Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    Knowledge of target toolset (e.g., Asana, Clarity, Jira, StackOverflow, Azure DevOps, Sharepoint)

    Experience working with various frameworks(Scrum, Kanban, SaFE, Waterfall/SDLC, Prince II).

    Experience developing and delivering product demos and training teams using screen recording tools.

    Passion for building strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
