    Role purpose:

    Design and implement the mapping of multiple data sources from multiple systems sourced from technology, finance, admin and product. Data could be stored in SalesForce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Sharepoint, Excel/csv exports, unstructured data, etc. The goal is to create a mapping from Applications to Products and from Products to Clients and to Usage. The mapping will need to be visualized in PowerBI which the candidate will also design and implement. This information will then be used by the candidate to provide insights from the data for use in planning and sequencing customer migrations. The candidate will work with the Programme Manager and will need to feel comfortable speaking with both senior staff and technical staff, and understand how to adjust the messaging depending on the audience.

    Customer Change Business Analyst is:

    • Very experienced Business Analyst who is able to assimilate large quantities of data from many different sources (technology, finance, admin, product) and learn from many different SMEs across the company in order to assess the impact of infrastructure migrations on an individual customer by customer basis

    • Defining and making recommendation on how best to set up the governance around how we plan for future customer migrations and the inevitable change management that will be necessary as new information arises that changes the nature or the scheduling of customer changes

    • Providing analysis of costs and benefits of different approaches that will enable the delivery of required Azure consumption while minimizing customer effort and disruption

    • Provide input and recommendations to enable the prioritization of different customer impacting migration activities

    • Building the customer scheduling and communication plan and the mechanisms for keeping it current and keeping front line staff informed

    • Aligning customer migration planning with wider BAU customer upgrade and migration program planning

    • Able to communicate concisely with senior Sales, Business, Product and Technology Leaders

    • Ideally experienced in cloud technologies and migrations

    Technical knowledge required:

    • Querying data from Snowflake

    • Understand how to build and maintain complex queries in SQL

    • Microsoft PowerBI and Power Platform

    • Data Science skills
