Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic team at the London Stock Exchange to contribute to the development of our digital products. As a PMO, you will play a crucial role in establishing governance, ensuring alignment of objectives, and facilitating effective communication between LSEG and Microsoft. Main Responsibilities o Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of the Integrated Delivery plan, milestones and tasks in the relevant scheduling tool(s) o Identification and tracking of dependencies between the delivery milestones, tasks and Objectives and Key Results o Maintenance of the delivery schedule baseline in the relevant scheduling tool(s) o Provide tracking of the Partnership budget, covering both the overall budget and funding released for spend o Aid the tracking of and accounting for actual expenditure against the Partnership, including both resource effort costs and purchase costs. o Provide tracking of the Partnership budget, covering both the overall budget and funding released for spend o Monitor and document adherence to the established governance standards, raising issues where required o Coordinate the regular cycle of governance forums, ensuring that meetings are scheduled and appropriate partners are invited o Attend and support the governance forums to assist in tracking and managing decisions, and further arising actions (produce meeting materials, minutes, actions log, decisions log) Essential Skills & Experience Requirements o Confirmed experience in project- or programme-level PMO role o Solid understanding and experience of formal project management methodologies, project planning, and project financial and resource management o Strong digital literacy, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of projects, and a willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly o Excellent documentation skills; ability to build high quality steering committee materials o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels Joining the London Stock Exchange offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the financial industry through innovative digital solutions.
