About our program

• The internship within the Financial Academy BCR programme is focused on the project finance and financial analysis areas;
• This role will provide you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the financial-banking sector, enhance your analytical skills, and have a significant impact on the business;

• You will work directly with our finance specialists, gaining an understanding of the concepts and activities involved;
• You will observe the specific activities within the financial-banking domain and actively participate in them;
• You will learn how to prepare standard and ad-hoc financial analyses using MS Exce & other specific tools/ applications;
• You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to identify new opportunities for business development and assist in proposing measures to continuously improve the bank's operations.

• You are passionate about the financial-banking sector and have basic knowledge of banking;
• You are proactive and enjoy working in a team;
• You have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• You are eager to constantly learn new things;
• You possess an advanced level of English;
• You appreciate change and innovation in all its forms.
