Job Description

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Head of F&A and his/her teams; act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, etc.
• Advise and support F&A colleagues in relevant financial and controlling processes and independently manage sub-projects.
• Lead complex projects from business requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk management.
• Drive innovative solutions in the areas of finance with SAP HANA or integration possibilities.
• Ensure the project scope and goals are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis;
• Prepare communication materials and be responsible for the coordination and organization of international and departmental meetings.
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements and objectives;

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-5 years of solid professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, controlling, or auditing within the SAP project environment;
• Knowledge of business processes and experience in the application or design of SAP solutions;
• Quick grasp of concepts and enthusiastically delve into new subject areas;
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to define, implement, and update project plans in accordance with business needs throughout start-up, execution, and completion, but in alignment with company vision;
• Good analytical skills with attention to details;
• Fluency in English.
