Proposal Team Leader - HV products

Siemens Energy is looking for a Proposal Department Team Leader, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Milan. This role will lead the Proposal team working in the High Voltage Product Business, ensuring the achievement of the Business Unit Targets.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate overall planning of RFQ (Request of Quotations) and Tenders deciding the allocation of resources and granting the required time to answer and quality.
• Lead dedicated team of Proposal ensuring that assigned Proposal organization meets all agreed performance goals.
• Lead strategic Tenders/Opportunities.
• Handle and cooperate with Sales Organization in the opportunity development, strategy and during the offer negotiation.
• Deal and participate with Tender Office to manage Public Tender and Qualification Process.
• Deal and improve collaboration with Siemens Energy Factories references.
• Full support and coordination with Order Execution organization.
• Grant the full respect of Compliance and EHS Company guidelines.
• Maintain constant communication to customers, internal and external partners.
• Develop reports to regularly supervise the Proposal organization important metric.
• Report to the Head of Business Unit and act as personal advisor in all Proposal Management related issues.
• Team target setting and development.

Beside those tasks the person will also support the Business Development activities to grant Business growth and exploit new business opportunities.
What You Bring

• At least 3 years' experience of managing a team.
• At least 5 years' experience in proposal or sales management within electromechanical industry, with a knowledge of High Voltage products' portfolio.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering.
• Available to business trips on national and international level.
• Italian first language and advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, and autonomy.
• Hard-working and prepared to lead a team.
• Time management / prioritization skills.
