We work in a dynamic, international team of innovative Value Selling Managers in an international environment, flexibly in the home office and in modern office spaces. How You'll Make an Impact

Together with your peers you drive the following topics:

• Sales Innovation, including prototyping and setup new business models together with a dedicated team, identify new and adjacent businesses and specific sales tactics.
• Drive development of innovative products or services to match customer demand and market trends together with all relevant Grid Technology departments.
• Value Selling is about working on differentiation strategies for products or services with input from different Execution Units based on customer centric approach.

What You Bring

• You have gained several years (7 years) of valuable professional experience in sales and/or strategy, e.g., working as a sales/account manager, business developer or as a strategy consultant.
• You understand the Transmission and Distribution market trends, customer structures and challenges, and how Siemens Energy Grid Technologies' portfolio addresses them through various sales channels.
• You understand, that end customers could be beyond TSOs or DSOs and you are familiar with their needs of developing their projects where our hardware and software supports them.
• As a key counterpart to our regional organizations, you can translate strategic insights into guidance and concrete actions for our global Grid Technology sales teams, and vice-versa derive strategic conclusions out of operational sales challenges.
• You have excellent communication skills for efficient stakeholder management combined with teamwork skills and creative and agile approach to work with a hands-on, can-do attitude (knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus)
• You worked with international colleagues and can communicate fluently in English.
