    Responsibilities

    What you will do:

    Report to the Head of Financial Steering & Reporting AZ Services;
    Create and provide financial analysis, reports and dashboards for different stakeholders (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly base);
    The main reports are: AZ Services EMT Financial Dashboard,  AZ Services Finance Committee Dashboard, Revenue Report and FTE Report for the Account Management team of AZ Services, Financial report for AZ Technology Central Controlling, Finance Performance
    worksheet for AZ Services Management Dashboard, Non-Financial Reporting (ESG KPIs) etc;
    Administrate the MS Teams group of AZ Services Finance Controlling community (e.g. members, files, folders etc);
    Drive standardization and automation of financial controlling and reporting, e.g. by using MS Dynamics (currently running the billing tool implementation) and other applications (potentially Bower BI or SAP Analytics Cloud)
    Drive best practice sharing, efficiency increases, standards setting and process harmonization for controlling topics;
    Contribute, establish and further develop guidelines, methods, processes and systems;
    Develop global controlling topics and work with central and local team members in an international setup;
    Provide guidance and feedback to more junior team members in both central and local controlling teams;
    Potentially taking over functional leadership role for near-/offshore colleagues and further support their development.

    You have:

    What you bring:

    University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics or Finance)
    5 years of relevant work experience in finance controlling
    Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
    Knowledge of SAP (CO, BW), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell), SAP Analytics Cloud (nice to know); Power BI (nice to know)
    Previous experience with financial systems and tools and IT tools for financial reporting would be a plus (e.g. MS Dynamics)
