Our client is a world-wide supplier of heavy equipment and services in the process industries, including construction and mining.
This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences and involves managing inquiries, complaints, and overall customer support activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education/Training: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in SAP or other CRM is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multilanguage company.
- Must be able to set priorities and finish tasks on time.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Keeping the customer in focus at all times and being enthusiastic/motivated to speak with the customer in order to support them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and sending quotations to customers using SAP.
- Proactively following up on quotations via phone, email, and Salesforce to secure business opportunities.
- Utilizing Salesforce Customer Workflow Tool for systematic communication with internal stakeholders.
- Entering sales orders and confirming them with customers through SAP.
- Monitoring sales order backlog and expediting based on delivery commitments using SAP and Power BI.
- Handling various customer-related processes: material extensions, sales order expediting, cancellation/change, return process, claim process using Salesforce and SAP.
- Handling consignment agreements, including fill-ups and invoicing, through SAP.
- Meeting KPI requirements set by management, such as orders received, net sales, quotation response time, etc.
- Collaborating with local sales and product specialists to exceed customer expectations.
- Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Coordinating and managing customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to address customer concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels, generating reports, and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring information updates in Installed Base.
- Adhering to Safety standards and required trainings.
- Monitoring the e-factura system.
