• Completed commercial vocational training and ideally have been working in a commercial role for at least 2 years.
• Numerically inclined with a strong interest in payroll accounting and related processes.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• First experience with HR-IT systems and/or payroll accounting is desirable but not a prerequisite.
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and enjoy working in a team.
• Proficient in German at a native level – C1/C2.
• High reliability, trustworthiness, and well-organized work are self-evident.
• Support customers in all payroll-related matters.
• Conduct monthly payroll accounting for a defined customer base, including follow-up activities, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Optimize work processes through your commitment, contributing to more efficient and simpler workflows.
• Maintain contact with insurance providers and authorities, staying informed about legal changes.
• There is the possibility that you exclusively take on tasks in the areas of company pension schemes, travel expense accounting, or time management.
