    - Ability to communicate in German & English. Should be able to hold seamless conversations over phone and chat with internal parties.
    - Advanced Excel skills - running macros, pivot tables and using Excel formulas. Basic knowledge of Excel macro programming is an advantage.
    - Ability to pull and create reports from various tools used by Ford and process both structured and unstructured data.
    - Understand the data in the reports and make manual additions/corrections where necessary.
    - Good comprehension skills and quick understanding of FBG processes - knowledge of the automotive finance or banking industry is an advantage.
    - Solid knowledge of working with MS Office & IT Applications in general.


    • Reporting
    - Development, creation and maintenance of data reports on the operational key figures of Ford Bank (regularly and as required) with the aim of informing Ford Bank Germany (FBG) & Ford Credit Europe (FCE) management and risk control.
    - Administrative support of macro-based UDA´s (User developed applications) developed within FBG organization.

    • Quality control & Analysis
    - Development of Process knowledge and analysis of operational Service Center processes with the aim of identifying weaknesses, efficiency increase or quality improvement.
    -Regular performance of checks on work processes (e.g. new business processes) with the aim of quality control

    • Customer Satisfaction
    - Oversee and process customer satisfaction surveys in coordination with appropriate Ford of Europe and Ford Bank Germany areas.
    - Managing Ford Bank complaint process and maintain complaint statistics. Handling of incoming management complaints.

    • Compliance Process
    - Support and conduct various compliance issues e.g. Support of annual MCRP process (data provision) or ensuring the compliance with Global Information Standards.

    • Administration
    - Processing of all invoices received in Customer Service Center including annual budgeting of costs for service providers operating for Customer Service Center.
    - Processing incoming customer inquiries about "stored information" or inquiries from credit agencies about the reason for the claim
