    Requirements

    Main activities:

    Applications Functional Support (40%): Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cegid and for client-specific applications
    IT Service Desk (40%): Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365
    BPO (20%): Externalisation of business processes, back-office activities within our specialisation

    Requirements:

    Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
    Interest or studies in Technical field;
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 remote shift schedule.
    Familiarity with remote customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
    Previous experience in remote customer support or a related field is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through remote channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
    Provide accurate and timely information to customers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
    Collaborate with other remote team members and departments to address complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
    Stay informed about our products and services to assist customers and provide appropriate solutions effectively.
    Provide product education and guidance to customers remotely.
    Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken French and English.
    Document customer interactions and solutions accurately using remote collaboration tools and systems.
    Work on a flexible 24/7 remote shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous customer support coverage.
    Provide feedback on customer concerns, common issues, and potential improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction in a remote work setting.

    For one of our clients, an IT company that accelerates the performance of other businesses by facilitating digital uses, we are looking for Remote, 24/7 Helpdesk Support agents, with French.

    As a helpdesk support with French, you will provide 24/7 support for customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

    As a remote team member, you will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction from the comfort of your own home, in their endeavour to meet the challenges of both large global groups and local organisations.
