SFI Model Senior Business Analyst

Overview

The Sustainable Finance and Investing (SFI) model Business Analyst is a design Business Analyst with some technical skills, but the focus is the model embedding into the larger organization. The successful candidate will maintain and update documentation for internal and external partners, in collaboration with the model manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with different stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to draft Business Requirements Document (BRD),
• Supports the model manager and model QA leads with documentation and possible data extractions/analysis.
• Documents clearly how the model works, step by step.
• Keeps an inventory of input data sets and outputs
• Identify and document technical Risks for business,
• Ensures that the system is consistent with upstream and downstream systems requirements,
• Assists the Model Quality Assurance Lead for input and output data analysis.
• Keeps the model documentation up to date and if needed socialise the new version in the wider organisation

Required Skills

• Excellent written and communication skills, proven technical writing skills
• Experience of Jira/Confluence
• Capacity to evolve in a mixt Business/Technical environment,
• Solid experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence),
• Understanding/Curiosity in Sustainability Investments (climate, ESG,...),
• Very collaborative, with intellectual curiosity,
• Some knowledge of Python and coding standards is considered a plus
• Some experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus,
• Understanding of quantitative tools and techniques, with the ability to perform simple quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• A self-starter with an interest in models and keen to learn from others,
