To qualify for this role you need:

University degree in Economics;
Professional experience in an Accounting Manager position;
Strong knowledge of Statutory Tax environment – IFRS/US GAAP tax knowledge is a plus;
Very good skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); Very good command of English language;
Professional accounting qualification, CECCAR,
Paragraph locked by Laura Bortis
Detail oriented and organized in daily activity; problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing experienced staff;

Your role:

Support clients’ accounting compliance (i.e. support recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, inventories and fixed assets, cash and bank transactions, accruals etc.);
Lead and manage the accounting department and ensure all standards are followed:
Effective and timely production of all reports, statements, memorandum and any other documentation on behalf of Company on or before the deadlines set therefore;
The financial integrity of Company’s books and records relating to the firm’s activity;
Timely and accurate processing of cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Proper handling of all tax matters and timely filling of all tax return related to the Company;
Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures; provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
Facilitate and complete monthly/ quarterly/ year end closing according to internal schedule/process;
Assist with financial audits performed by tax authorities and maintain contacts with public institutions involved (mainly Fiscal Administration);
Work on other projects as assigned.
