    Overview

    We are looking for a Senior PMO Lead to work alongside PMO Manager managing and supporting delivery of multi million dollar technical programmes.

    The focus of the role will be on :

    Owner of Governance framework and reporting as well as financial compliance throughout the teams.

    Strong alignment for all parts of I&C Technology Services as well as with the central PMO, Risk and COO offices to ensure adherence to LSEG Governance, Change and Standards governance.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Builds and maintains the delivery schedule, milestones and tasks in the relevant scheduling tool(s) and supports the identification and management of dependencies, delivery risks and issues and tracks status through the maintenance of risks and issues logs

    • Provides quality assurance and project status reviews of achievements

    • Leads project communications and status reporting in line with standards

    • Supports project budget tracking, including actual and forecasted expenditure and accounting for variances

    • Develops and monitors the delivery resource plan across the project lifecycle

    • Drives adherence to project management standards and frameworks, governance procedures and standard templates

    • Supports with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and assists with the implementation of change management processes, policies and standard methodology

    • Supports in the induction and training of new project and PMO colleagues

    Required skills:

    • Solid previous experience on a similar role

    • Working experience with both Agile and Waterfall

    • Strong Finance and analytical background to run large scale programme accounting

    • Understanding of business-critical regulated infrastructure and risk requirements

    • Experience of technical programme governance process as chair

    • Strong collaborators management

    • Very organized and experienced in leading a large portfolio of projects of varying sizes and different technical subject areas

    • Able to bring thought leadership
