Senior Project Manager (E-Mobility division)

Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. Education: Bachelor of Science in project management, engineering or related technical field required
Experience: Three to Six years’ experience in Automotive Industry product development with at least two years of project management experience
Language: English proficiency required, Spanish, or German is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to lead and motivate others
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project and MS Office

Manage without the need for significant direction, projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF's new product introduction management process requirements
Manage the customer interface from award through post launch phases
Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensure successful integration of all project work products
Balance the competing demands of scope, time and cost while achieving the highest quality and stakeholder/customer satisfaction levels
Monitor progress of projects through internal reviews, participate in team meetings and assist where needed, resolve escalated issues internally and with the customer
Support existing programs that have major changes directed by the customer and participate in VAVE cost reduction activities
