    Are you passionate about communication and learning? The content creator will be responsible for translating technical content into messaging that can be used to delivery communication across a range of roles. Our audience is not just the engineering community - but also the wider org. We will be delivering a far reaching and creative programme of work including: town halls, engagement weeks, workshops, pop up sessions, tech challenges, learning portals, and a very deeply orchestrated communication campaign which will include internal blogs, quiz days, knowledge portals and bots, a cartoon series, and more!

    This role is designed to support a program which will be creating a greenfield cloud platform, and then migrating over 1000 applications onto it. While that may sounds simple, it will require us to mobilize an entire workforce to change their ways of working, approach to migrations, and view on the cloud and what it means for them. This will be happening under the backdrop of some transformational client facing capabilities also being built - which are completely dependent on these migrations happening successfully.

    For this role, are looking for several people to help us develop and share content to this community. This role sits within our Enterprise engagement function, and alongside your peers you will be developing some interesting content to use within our communication and learning campaigns.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Learning - Working alongside Microsofts learning specialists and our own LSEG learning team - creating a set of learning resources to support our teams. This will include learning pathways, tooling to support the teams, knowledge bots, and synthetic cloud environments

    • Communication - Developing and executing a tightly orchestrated communication campaign that mobilizes our executive team as well as our SMEs to communicate to our wider organization.

    • Engagement - Developing engagement through the development of communities, engagement events and raising awareness and building excitement in the wider community

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Two or more of the following (or similar):

      • experience developing content for internal marketing campaigns,

      • translating technical documentation,

      • creating technical content in a consumable way,

      • creating an engaging, professional social media campaign for a company,

      • developing creative content (graphics, comics, or similar)

      • writing technical training materials

      • experience running large workshops or corporate events

    • Detail oriented with an understanding that the themes of the communication campaign must reflect one another

    • An understanding of technology - ideally of cloud computing, cloud migrations or similar.

    • An ability to work with a wide variety of people is vital. We will be working with people from several 3rd party companies as well as teams from across LSEG, both within Technology and beyond. As this role is a pivot point for the teams - and will be sharing their messages, and successes. We will be looking for someone with a calm, balanced approach to engagement

    • An upbeat, cheerful disposition always helps. It's important to be able to lighten the mood and have some fun along the way.

    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. High quality output is expected at this level; the migration team publishes material for consumption by senior members of both LSEG and Microsoft. Presentation counts!

    • A passion for "messaging" and communication- and an appreciation with how valuable it is within a programme of this scale to provide consistent, consumable messages, which are backed by facts.

    • A willingness to collaborate and explore new ideas and concepts. This is an evolving programme and the answers you need may not always be available - you might need to help create them!

    • An appreciation that you will be working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment - so flexibility is key!
