Order Management Specialist with German

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position or activity
- Fluent level in English
- German medium level - B1 Good Microsoft
- Office knowledge: (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Nice to have is previous experience in SAP

- Acceptance & verification of orders sent by e-mail, in SAP or in WEB store.
- Quotation creation and tracking according to specifications
- Opening of a sales order in SAP using the above mentioned order data and the given definitions of order types and delivery priorities.
- In case of delivery times deviating from the customer's requested date, clarify with scheduling, if necessary, whether suppliers can deliver earlier.
