    By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a fully remote way.

    The goal of the IM is to be the Customer Advocate and enable resolution of Reactive Issues with the following key activities.

    Skills that make your work successful:

    - Finnish upper-intermediate (preferably B2-C1);
    - Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
    - Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude;
    - Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.;
    - Ability to apply judgement in high pressure situations with minimal external guidance;
    - Strong ability to comprehend written communications.


    How you’ll make an impact:

    - Represent the customer’s business impact;
    - Support the end to end problem resolution;
    - Problem identification against the case portfolio.
    - Managing customers’ expectations;
    - Reconciling client’s accounts;
    - Handling high-risk escalations and gather/analyze information as needed to support the customer;
    - Knowing the customer and understand our customer’s expectations with their reactive support experience;
    - Receiving and analyzing the queries from our customers and making sure that they make their payment in time;
    - Monitoring reactive cases owned by internal support organizations;
    - Working in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel, Service Now);
