Qualifications & Competencies:

Mandatory:
• Degree in technical studies (computers, banking, finances, economics etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Selenium
• Experience Automating test cases (preferably in Java) is a plus
• Knowledge of OOP is a plus
• Experience with Automation tools (Selenium/Serenity, Cucumber) is a plus
• Knowledge of version control tools (GIT) is a plus
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Ability to switch between projects
• Ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations

Nice to have:
• A degree in IT / Computer Science
• Knowledge of banking business with focus on Digital Channels (Internet & Mobile Banking) domain

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Analysis and interpretation of business / functional specification, carrying out response activities in terms of automated test cases design & execution
• Test case automation – design, review, execution, maintenance, reporting
• Ensure defects are clearly and concisely documented, contributes to the overall quality of test deliverables
• Brings own contribution to testing team, promotes technologies / tools to support software testing life cycle
• Interfaces with other teams such as Solution Designers, Developers, PMs, etc.
• Responsible automated testing activities within the team (potentially can act as point of contact for specific stream / projects)
• Ensure adequate test coverage, for both functional and non-functional testing
• Test data preparation and maintenance
• Ensure proactive and effective testing status reporting, highlighting the encountered blockers
