    We have an employment force of 80 professionals (certified accountants, certified auditors, certified fiscal consultants) who have been trained to cater for the requirements of the most demanding clients.

    Requirements

    - University degree in Computer Science or related
    - 2-3 years of experience on similar position
    - Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems
    - Familiar with Microsoft technologies
    - Quick learner, able to adapt productively to a new environment
    - Time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    - Consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results
    - Ability to identify recurring problems
    - Ability to follow oral and written instructions
    - Ability to communicate effectively
    - Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Handle internal IT Support requests (phone, chat, email)
    - Designing and installing computer hardware configurations
    - Installing software and networking systems.
    - Troubleshooting network and software issues
    - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the internal customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    - Take the extra mile to engage customers, building relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
    - Filing reports regularly
    - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    - Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, switches, access points)
    - Assist with developing new processes and providing insight and feedback to help move the team forward.
