    Job role
    The Global Operations department is seeking for an ITSM AI and Automation Expert. We are seeking a communicative, English-speaking individual with experience in ITSM and data analysis. The ITSM AI and Automation team was established in 2021 to leverage the power of AI and Automation in the IT Service Management area (e.g. Change, Problem, Incident, Service Request Management, etc.). The team implements and maintains globally used Predictive Intelligence solutions in ServiceNow and solutions from external providers in close collaboration with the ITSM process - and product owners.

    Maintenance of Predictive Intelligence (PI) Solutions in ServiceNow;
    Synchronization of PI solutions across Production, Integration and Development instances;
    Data analysis in Excel and ServiceNow to get optimized Prediction Models;
    Planning and implementation of AI and Automation solutions;
    Communication with multiple stakeholders (Service and Process Owners, Process
    Managers, Management, etc);
    Regular sync up with other AI teams in Allianz;
    Coordination and expertise in getting issues or Incidents in the relevant area resolved;
    Creation of reports in Excel and ServiceNow;
    Self-driven Continuous Improvement of AI and Automation Solutions;

    Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in ITIL process management or equivalent
    Experience in Data analysis or Data Science or equivalent
    Minimum of 2 years user or administrator experience in ServiceNow or equivalent
    Excellent English language skills spoken and written
    ITIL Certification (minimum Foundation 3.x or higher)
    Predictive Intelligence experience and knowhow, preferably in ServiceNow
    ServiceNow Developer or Administrator experience
    Understanding of Algorithms (e.g. KNN, NLP, Classification, Clustering, Similarity,
    Nice to have: JavaScript

    Excellent communication and team skills in an international environment

    Ability to lead international calls and drive results
    Customer focused
    Self-reliance and willingness to take ownership
    Ability to present online in front of a large international audience
