Quality System Manager

- Technical degree or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive industry;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards;
- Strong knowledge of other standards ISO;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Fluent in english.

- Ensure that the requirements of the quality system in place are compliant with the IATF standard;
- Develop the current quality system in line with the Group standards;
- Develop the quality procedures and instructions to make them operational and usable by production/organization;
- Lead the management of the company's processes: Organize reviews with the process pilots, manage the updating of indicators, ensure the the consistency of improvement actions;
- Ensure that costumer requirements are taken into account and respected;
- Conducting quality information and training meetings with employees;
- Manage the internal and external audit plan.
