    Requirements

    - Motivation to grow teams;

    - Good moderation, communication and presentation skills;

    - Good analytical thinking skills;

    - Experience with software construction, including AUTOSAR architecture;

    - Experience in coordinating teams in automotive software projects;

    - Knowledge of functional safety & cybersecurity would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    As a SW Development team leader, your main responsibility is to develop your team, assure delivery of the projects/work packages with the expected quality standards and planned schedule.

    People related tasks:

    - Integrate new team members and coach them;

    - Create and follow development plans for the people in your team;

    - Perform evaluation with the people;

    - Involvement in the hiring process;

    - Drive activities for team bonding;

    - Define strategy for his team (roles to be developed, competencies, etc);


    Project related tasks:

    - Plan & track the progress of tasks for the team members in coordination with the project;

    - Help solve impediments and foster improvements;

    - Ensure delivery of the work packages in time and with the expected quality;

    - Maintain close interaction with the stakeholders for the team’s projects;

    - Involvement in case of red-alerts/high prio topics;

    - Participate in strategy definition on group level;


    Administrative related tasks:

    - Ensure the necessary equipment for the team members;

    - Involvement in various improvement programs in the location/discipline;

    - Reporting hours and tracking the projects budget;

    - Maintain inventory for the team’s equipment;

    - Support in organizing the Business Trips, workshops, etc.
