Communicates with HR for the available positions and their requirements;
Research in all the right places to find and identify potential candidates;
Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels;
Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the company’s talent acquisition strategy;
Post new positions on websites and job boards;
Document translations in English and French;
Collect and update our database with new hire information;
Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.

Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and French;
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
