Validation Manager

Tech Center Timișoara activează din anul 2007 ca furnizor de servicii de inginerie pentru divizia sistemelor de siguranță active, realizând tranziția către grupul ZF în anul 2019. Consolidarea existenței în cadrul grupului are loc în anul 2021, odată cu decizia extinderii competențelor și către mobilitatea electrică. Astfel, ZF Tech Center Timișoara ajunge să furnizeze servicii de:
- inginerie pentru sistemele de siguranță active (de frânare)
- inginerie pentru sistemele de direcție ale automobilelor
- cercetare și dezvoltare în industria automotive

- University degree in engineering or similar;

- Strong interest in communication and networking;

- Very good knowledge in Automotive Testing;

- Very good knowledge in project management, ASPICE and functional safety;

- Structured and independent way of working for analytical problem solving;

- Result-oriented communication and moderation with internal and external customers as well as in the international team;

- ISTQB qualification (Certified Tester / Test Manager) is a plus;

- Good communications skills in English (written and verbal).

- Responsible for the test project management for one or more core projects – focus on EMB product;

- Develop, align and monitor the test activities with internal and external customers (planning, effort estimation, coverage, execution, documentation, process);

- Ensure the release of the projects considering project management and following requirements, legal, safety;

- Collaboration and communication with other development and test teams national and international;

- Introduction and maintenance of metrics (KPI);

- Risk analysis and problem solving;

- Cross functional lead including software and electronics hardware;

- Oversees product testing, data analysis, and preparation of test reports;

- Central point of contact for all relevant test activities.
