COM Specialist(determined period) - Tires

Job Description

• Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers/employees
• Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests
• Checks and find solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process
• Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices
• Complaint handling (missing items/changed items)
• Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, delivery note, shipment list, invoice, etc.)
• Issue documents/reports on special request

• University degree
• Experience in a similar position 1 year is an advantage
• Good English skills
• Microsoft Office 365
• SAP knowledge is a plus
