Requirements

● It should be mentioned that we are looking for a person with experience in the area of ​​Scrum Master.
● Proven experience in project management and software development.
● Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM.
● Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, MS Project (Smartsheets).
● Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
● Working experience with SDLC and Software testing techniques.
● Knowledge of Software Release Management.
● Deep technical understanding.
● Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
● Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

● Project Manage Software Development Projects in the Sensorial Marketing Industry (Sounds, Visuals, Scents).
● Integrate Scope, Schedule, and Resources (People, Infra, etc), with respect to stakeholders' needs (clients, executives, and software engineers).
● Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
● Assembling and leading the project team.
● Participating and supervising each stage of the project.
● Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
● Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all
products in all stages of completion.
● Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
● Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
● Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the
products' performance.
● Coordinate a team of up to 10 people in all roles, as servant leadership, rather than direct manager.
