The Purpose of the Sales Development Manager is to participate in design and ensure implementation of sales planning & effectiveness / sales administration/ sales support strategy to increase market share, sales volume, effectiveness and efficiency of the sales function, enhance customer satisfaction & sales and marketing standards. Your tasks
- Contribute to development of sales planning / administration/ support strategy in line with business needs and objectives.
- Lead initiatives and activities across various areas of sales such as planning, defining sales channels, segmenting customers, training, compensation design, data/ metrics, etc.
- Lead development of business systems which provide sales information to the business and for sales forecasting
- Provide sales management with reporting tools and drive deployment to monitor progress and propose training on new technology
- Analyze business, competitors and customers to identify information needs
- Lead preparation and analysis of sales reports and statistics, and support sales teams in preparing for business reviews
- Coordinate project implementation, deployment of systems/solutions, and process improvement
- Support pre- and after-sales activities
- Recommend cost-effective allocation of customers to sales channels and review the sales organization to optimize cost of sales
- Develop budgeting and sales incentive program to provide best in class solutions
- Organize, budget and implement sales training and coaching programs, using internal and external suppliers
- Organize, plan and manage the Lead Management Department nationally in order to accurate profile the potential business,
- Sales process and effectiveness knowledges
- Sales forecasting capability
- Market Segmentation and Market Share experience
