Web Publisher

The Web Publishing Team is a global team which uses Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal Content Management Systems (CMS) to create digital presences that delight our customers and support business priorities. Being able to demonstrate extensive expertise in web publishing and a strong understanding of wider digital marketing activities and tools, you'll bring the following to this complex international business:

• Over five years' experience in digital marketing for a global organization

• At least two years' experience using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System to maintain and update customer-facing websites

• A basic knowledge of HTML, XML and CSS

• At least one years' experience using the Drupal Content Management System to maintain and update customer-facing websites.

• Experience leading web publishing projects from start to finish, supervising other team members with minimum supervision

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for problem solving

• Experience developing web publishing best-practice guides and ensuring adoption through training and knowledge sharing

• A strong understanding of the part web publishing has to play in Search Engine Optimization and accessibility

• Strong verbal and written English-language communication and influencing skills, with a good sense of project management, to help the team manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization.
