Production Management Trainee

JTI’s Production Management Traineeship Program is a 24-month paid program, with a full-time schedule, that will include brief periods of working in other departments (relevant for your development). This program can represent the ticket to a future career in JTI. You will be guided by functional experts, you will have specific objectives throughout the program, and you will receive feedback and get the opportunity to share yours.

Description:

• As a Production Management Trainee, you will take part at a 24-month learning journey, with the aim of becoming familiar with JTI’s production processes
• You will also rotate through other departments, in order to gain knowledge of inter-departmental processes
• Working with the Production teams to develop an in-depth understanding of JTI’s manufacturing processes
• Benefit from continuous on-the-job experience and input from the Production team
• Familiarizing yourself with company structure & culture
• Learn what it takes to build a successful career at JTI Manufacturing

• You will provide operational support to ensure the production needs are satisfied, respecting the company procedures and standards
• You will collaborate with various Production stakeholders to fulfill the daily requirements and responsibilities, in a very challenging environment
• You will be involved in providing different analysis on our manufacturing processes

• You are a student or fresh graduate, preferably coming from a Technical/Engineering background
• Very good English proficiency in both writing and speaking
• Comfortable working with MS Office (especially with Excel)
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive team player spirit
• Available for a full-time working schedule
