    Requirements

    A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition for white-collar functions;
    Fluency in English and Romanian (verbal and written);
    Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates, and any previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System will give you a head start.

    Responsibilities

    Partner with the hiring teams / business in terms of recruitment needs and lead the technical profiles recruitment;
    Source and recruit candidates by using all available channels (e.g. databases, social media, etc.);
    Screen candidates CVs and job applications, conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes;
    Schedule and follow-up of ongoing interviews;
    Manage your pipeline on our applicant tracking system (Jobvite);
    Communicate the offers to the candidates;
    Participate to events related to your field / specialization (technical / ICT);
    Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on technical acumen;
    Apply recruiting best practices (e.g., promote a positive candidate experience throughout the process).
