Assesses incoming Ocean Freight tenders with low to medium complexity level and pricing requests (global tender);
Enter customs relevant data for Ocean consignments;
Reviews pricing received from the regions / countries / ocean freight teams to secure high quality and competitive submissions to the customers as well as conducts final quality/formula checks/ benchmarking Bill of lading (B/L) transfer to the carrier;
Pricing / Proposal preparation as well as final verification and benchmarking in alignment with the involved regions / countries
Consults with Head of Ocean Pricing & Respective Supervisor for final pricing decisions;
Event setting and document upload.

Hybrid working schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00, L-V

Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations with an emphasis on ocean freight;
Communication skills supported by customer-oriented attitude;
Fluent business English (spoken and written);
A mobile, flexible, and motivated personality;
Very good knowledge of Excel;
Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix and virtual environment.
