    * Responsible to offer technical support to his team from the knowledge area;
    * Coordinate the local team and allocate resources in order to assure that the target are achieved according to department strategy;
    * Interface with upper management level and with others teams from department;
    * Organize regularly tracking internal meetings with the team in order to analyze performance, for sharing and receiving feedback and to communicate administrative and project related topics;
    * Perform evaluation on the new team member at the end of integration period based on the job requirements, and define objectives;
    * Responsible for continuous improvements;
    * Assure the quality and deliver in time the results, regularly monitoring the team work package;
    * Create and send administrative reports or technical aspects according local department processes;
    * Acting according with the law no. 307/2006 related defense against fire incidents;
    * Acting in accordance with standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, as well is scope of ESH politics;
    * Involve in escalation process and take the corresponding measures in case of escalation from Quality Engineer, Discipline Project Manager or Project Manager, being monitoring by the direct supervisor;
    * Respect the internal procedures.

    This is what it takes to be a successful in Quality Manager in Project:
    * Bachelor's degree with technical background or comparable studies;
    * Work experience in automotive area or quality management highly recommended (best case min. 5 years);
    * At least 3 years as QMP (Quality Manager in Project) or in a comparable position in a project development discipline or in another quality area (e.g. SQM, AQL);
    * Work experience in an international environment;
    * English advanced level;
    * German is an advantage.
